Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days for delivery once your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or peak seasonal demand.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping will be available soon—join our newsletter to be the first to know!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you haven’t received your tracking email, check your spam or junk folder or contact us at info@inkedmd.com.
Shipping Delays
IMD Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses, or weather disruptions. If your package appears lost or delayed, please reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help track it down.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product. We’ll promptly send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate. IMD Skincare is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. We recommend checking with your local carrier office or neighbors first.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee address changes. If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@inkedmd.com—we’ll try to catch it before it ships.
