Our Commitment to Quality
At IMD Skincare, we take pride in creating high-quality tattoo skincare products formulated with care and precision. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand behind every product we make. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@inkedmd.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
To qualify for a return or refund:
· Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
· Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
· Proof of purchase is required (your order confirmation email or receipt).
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or credit card provider). Refunds are issued for the product cost only—original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email info@inkedmd.com with your order number, photos of the packaging and damaged item(s), and a brief description of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund as soon as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the unopened item for a refund (once approved) and place a new order for your desired product.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
· Check your bank or credit card statement again.
· Contact your payment provider—processing times vary.
· If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at info@inkedmd.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.

· Promotional or sample items
