IMD Skincare (“IMD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit imdskincare.com, make a purchase, subscribe to our communications, or interact with us (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1) Information We Collect
a) Information you provide
· Account & profile: name, email, password.
· Orders & checkout: shipping/billing address, phone number, email, order details, and payment info (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers).
· Communications: email/SMS preferences, survey responses, support messages, user-generated content such as reviews and photos.
· Marketing programs: newsletter sign-ups, waitlists, loyalty or referral participation.

· Device & usage: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, timestamps.

· Opt out of SMS by replying STOP and for help reply HELP.
· Opt out of email by using the Unsubscribe link in any email.
Transactional messages such as order and shipping updates may still be sent where necessary to complete your purchase.
6) How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers or processors including Shopify for storefront and checkout, payment processors, fraud prevention, hosting, email or SMS platforms, analytics or ads partners, fulfillment and shipping partners, and customer support tools only as needed to perform services for us.
We may disclose information in connection with business transfers such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We may disclose information for legal and safety reasons to comply with law, enforce policies, or protect rights, security, or property.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as described above.
7) Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy such as providing the Services, complying with legal obligations for tax or audit, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
8) Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or know the personal information we have collected about you, correct inaccurate information, delete your information subject to legal exceptions, opt out of targeted advertising sale or sharing and certain profiling, request portability, limit use of sensitive information in California if collected, and appeal in Colorado or Virginia and others if we deny a request.

9) International Users & Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We use appropriate safeguards when required such as Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA or UK transfers.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11) Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact info@inkedmd.com so we can delete it.
12) Financial Incentives & Loyalty Programs
If we offer programs such as discounts for email or SMS sign-up or a loyalty or referral program, we may collect identifiers such as email and phone and purchase metrics to provide these benefits. Participation is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time. We estimate the value of the data based on the program benefit and related expenses.
13) Do Not Track
Your browser may send Do Not Track signals. Because there is no industry consensus, we do not respond to DNT signals. We honor state-specific opt-out rights as described above.
